For the 50 years I have been an active photographer my equipment of choice has been Nikon F series SLRs. Since 2002 I have been experimenting with digital cameras, eventually determing that found Nikon D series digital cameras (12 Megapixels and above) provide a technology and a medium worthy of serious effort.
